Self-referrals accepted, persons must have an appropriate diagnosis of an Autism Spectrum Condition or Mental Health difficulties, referrals are also accepted from HSE Mental Health Services, Community Mental Health Teams, Autism Service, GPs, Social Workers or other relevant HSE services.

Description of service:

APP provides a one-to-one strictly confidential service to individuals with mental health difficulties and Autism Spectrum conditions. Services include rehabilitation, advocacy, individualised advice and guidance and training through a person-centered approach.
