Aware Life Skills Programme

We have partnered with Aware to bring their brilliant free CBT based life skills programme to Ballyshannon. This 6 week programme begins Tuesday evening, November 8th at 7.30pm and is aimed at anyone who would like to learn more about ‘how we think’ and how this can influence our behaviour in helpful or unhelpful ways. The venue for the six week programme is Coláiste Cholmcille, Ballyshannon and we are very grateful to the school for their support. The programme is a proven useful resource for anyone who is experiencing symptoms of mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety.
