Description of service:

Up to 8 free counselling sessions for mild-moderate psychological difficulties. Referrals are made through the GP. Referral forms are filled out by the client and they must choose to 'opt in' to access the service. Further sessions may be obtained if required.

It is a service for medical card holders, who are 18 years of age or over, and who want help with psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, panic reactions, relationship problems, loss issues and stress."
